Sellus Prelius' House

Sellus Prelius' House is a large house in Bruma's upper-class eastern district.

It is the home of Sellus Prelius, a retired legionnaire, as well as his daughter Lassinia Iron-Heart and his granddaughter Ellina Iron-Heart. It stands between Ice-Wind Traders and Renod's House.

In the dining room when entering you will find a table laden with food and drink, as well as a cooking pot. To the left are Lassinia and Ellina's quarters: two beds, a chest, a knapsack, a copper and sapphire circlet and a flute. To the right is a chest, a mead vat, a trapdoor to the basement and a flight of stairs leading to Sellus's quarters.

On the upstairs landing is a display case with Sellus's old Imperial armor, bracers and helmet, while in the study room to the right are two bookcases, a writing desk and a set of shelves with a strongbox, some gold and a flawless diamond. The room to the left contains Sellus's double bed, a chest, a potion of healing, a lute and copies of the rare books A Dance in Fire, v5, An Accounting of the Scrolls and Chimarvamidium.

The basement is used as a storage room and contains a variety of food, drink and raw meats.

NotesEdit

  • The front door has an Apprentice lock and is unlocked between 8am and 9am while the family take their breakfast.
  • On the first floor, the two chests, the two knapsacks and the barrels respawn; all other containers do not. In the basement, all the barrels respawn but none of the sacks do.
  • Tucked away behind the house is a non-respawning chest of "hidden stash" holding a random leveled mix of gems, jewelry, gold, soul gems and ingots.
  • There is a   Danger shadowmark carved into the stone on the southern side of the house, close to one of the wooden pillars by the entrance.
  • The building occupies the same location as Baenlin's House in Oblivion.
