Cloud Top is a mountain and ruined fort northwest of Chorrol (quest-related).
It must be reached in order to complete the quest Fingers of the Mountain to obtain the Chorrol Mages Guild recommendation. The ruined fort consists of a broken pillar surrounded by crumbling stone arches and walls; a non-respawning chest containing minor loot is in the southwest corner of the wall closest to the pillar. During the quest, you will also find a charred corpse on the ground near the pillar holding the book Fingers of the Mountain.
