Gorald is a merchant and an old member of Andalis' Men. He serves as the guild's alchemist, mixing up potions, poisons, and other alchemical items for the assassins as needed. He works in an alcove in the castle courtyard, where he spends most of his time. He wears an Assassin Robe (nonplayable) and braided leather sandals, and is armed with a chitin club.

Gorald is a crotchety old man and fellow alchemist Alberto's rival. Alberto is looking for a way to get Gorald out of the way, but has had no luck up to this point. Early on in the questline, if you don't kill Talvanus, you can get him a job as Gorald's apprentice (see Employment for Talvanus), which could help out later. Later on in the guild questline, when the guild fractures into two factions, Gorald will support Relsav Andor.
