Tulek Divyr is a Dark Elf assassin and member of the assassin guild Andalis' Men. He remains relatively unimportant throughout most of the questline until the end, when he sides with Relsav Andor during the attempted takeover. If you side with Clemente, you'll have to fight him in the final battle; otherwise he survives and remains unimportant.
Tulek wears an assassin robe w/mask, assassin's turban, and braided leather sandals, and is armed with a chitin spear.
