Jackdaw PiratesEdit
The Jackdaw Pirates are a group of pirates that attacked and invaded Haven. Their leader, Gjarma Raven-Hair, planned to raise the bodies of those who died during their invasion for the purpose of creating an undead army and then destroying Haven.
Jade DragoonsEdit
The Jade Dragoons are an elite band of soldiers within the Aldmeri Dominion led by General Endare. The Dragoons were responsible for the massacre at Cormount.
Until recently, they were charged with protecting the city of Haven, until the order was given from Endare to leave the city on some mysterious mission. This led to the city being quickly taken over by the Jackdaw Pirates.
Jode's ChariotEdit
Jode's Chariot is the law enforcement agency employed by Shan-ra, the leader of the merchants in charge of the Redfur Trading Post. They function as you'd expect the town guard would.
They have a minor rivalry with the Hollow Moon, an organization of thieves that steals from the rich and gives to the needy. Though the two organizations generally have mutual respect one another due to the nature of the Hollow Moon's cause, the Chariots still must arrest agents of the Hollow Moon should they be caught.
Jovial LambastersEdit
The Jovial Lambasters are an exclusive group dedicated to the worship of Clavicus Vile in Rimmen. The cult allows the local Outlaw's Refuge to function in return for dues paid by all who work there.
