Maarselok is a monster helm set. It consists of two armor pieces: head and shoulder, both of which are available in all three armor weights and standard traits. The set cannot be crafted. There is an outfit style based on this armor set.

2 items: When you deal damage with a melee Heavy Attack, you spew a cone of corruption, dealing 1492 Disease damage to enemies over 4 seconds. This damage is increased by 10% for each negative effect the enemies have, up to a maximum of 300%. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds and scales off the higher of your Weapon and Spell Damage.

- The head drops from the Maarselok in Veteran Lair of Maarselok.
- The shoulders can be obtained from Urgarlag Chief-bane's reward chest at Undaunted Enclaves.
