LayoutEdit

Rafilerrion is camped outside the entrance. There is a water skin in front of his tent. A copy of Hydrik Deep-Delve's Wit and Wisdom is located between the Altmer and his tent. An Argonian prospector was investigating Shadowgreen, searching for signs of ore.

The southern chambers is vibrant and green. It is inhabited by gray Dire Wolves, green Spriggans and Black Bears. The delve's skyshard is in the southern chamber, atop the cliff accessible via a path in either of the side rooms. Simply take a right down the path onto the ledge where the skyshard is if you're approaching the second level from the north. A goat is standing on the cliff near the skyshard. There is also a way up to the top via a path that winds down the pillar, located on the east side of the landmass. A ritual pyre sits atop this cliff. A Reach Thornweaver, Reach Sunchanter, Reach Champion and Reach Spiritwalker loiter near the pyre with a Flame Atronach. Cardinals sing and play in this room. Reachmen of all classes inhabit the eastern portion of this room. Unnamed Mining Journal, Page 37 is located in the southeastern corner of this room, where an elk resides.

The eastern chamber consists of a green valley with a waterfall. Black Bears live along the side of the river, and rabbits scurry through the underbrush. Unnamed Mining Journal, Page 45 is sitting on the edge of a cliff on the south side of this room, overlooking the river. There is a hut in this chamber, on the northern side of the riverbank. This room's ritual pyre is located near it. It lies across the river, in the northwestern section of the room. You can loot the beehives by the bridge on the northern cliff for insect parts, decorative wax and honey. Green spriggans reside upon the ridge leading towards the northern tunnels, where squirrels scurry here and there.

Tenderclaw, an instrument needed for An Instrumental Triumph, is located in the eastern part of the eastern chamber, atop the waterfall. If you're entering from the south, hug the eastern wall until you reach the waterfall. Still hugging the wall, jump onto the cliff face the water is rushing down. Start jumping while moving against the wall, making your way up the waterfall. The instrument is located in a trunk against the wall to your right. Every class of Reachman you can encounter in Shadowgreen is present in the eastern chamber. A path in the westernmost portion of the room leads to the delve's boss.

In the northern cavern, the cave ceiling is open to the freezing winds from the north coast which makes this section distinctly colder than the rest of the Shadowgreen. Snowy Sabre Cats, Snow Bears, blue Spriggans and Frost Atronachs make their home here. Fennec foxes trot along the snow-covered ground. Unnamed Mining Journal, Page 42 lies in the snow beside the easternmost wall, near the tunnel that branches in to the southern and eastern rooms. A ritual pyre lies in the northeastern corner of this room, where two Reach Spiritwalkers, a Reach Firecaster, Reach Champion and a Flame Atronach stand guard. A chest lies along the path leading towards the ritual fire. You will die of environmental damage if you attempt to go down into the water with the ice floes that is beneath the cliff. A path in the westernmost portion of the room leads to the delve's boss.

The delve boss's chamber is accessible via tunnels in the westernmost corners of the northern and eastern caverns. Crows are dotted here and there along the path, which leads to a room with lava pouring down the walls. A single hagraven, Ya'intha, stands in the center as crows circle overhead. She is capable of breathing fire and summoning weak flame atronachs, which explode shortly after they're summoned. There is a ritual pyre in the northern tunnel, guarded by a Reach Spiritwalker and a Flame Atronach. The northern, southern and eastern tunnels lead you into the chambers located in their respective direction. However, the southern tunnel is a one-way exit out of the delve boss's room. There is no way into the delve boss's room from the southern chamber, as the southern tunnel's exit lies upon a cliff above Shadowgreen's entrance. This tunnel is a shortcut to the entrance, but you can't climb back up to this tunnel. If you want to reach Ya'intha, you need to approach from the north or eastern chambers.
