Supply Shack is a single-room Dunmer-style building found in Ebonheart's Argonian Quarter. During the related quest, you will have to follow Rhavil Urano to the shack, where you will find that he has been communing with a Covenant agent named Alexandra Conele. Conele will summon two scamps to dispatch you, which you must kill before following Urano back to his house.
