The Golden Eye is a cult devoted to the Daedric Prince Hermaeus Mora, who is known as the "Golden Eye" in certain cultures. They are located in Elsweyr, headquartered at the Shrine of the Golden Eye in Claw's Strike. Their master demands the utmost secrecy, and some who go to worship are blindfolded and led there by others."
The group is part of the prologue quest for Necrom, Eye of Fate, where many of their members have been murdered.
