Boldarus Onskild is an Imperial Commoner staying at the Crossing Inn. He blames spoiled potions sold by the Brina Cross Mages Guild for the loss of his treasured family sword, and has since been publicly insulting the quality of the Mages Guild's alchemy.
Boldarus can be convinced to stop if you agree to retrieve his lost sword from Crow Hall Cave.
