The Emperor Cassynder is a shipwreck located northeast of the island of Stirk. The wreck is overrun with lamia who have made their home in a grotto beneath the sunken vessel. The grotto contains the Defective Diving Helm, a treasure of dubious value given the hefty Burden effect that applies alongside its Water Breathing one.
The quest, Wreck of the Cassynder, provides some details as to the ship's purpose and sinking. It transpires here that the ship was sunk in a pirate attack. At the time, it was carrying a large cargo of Moon Sugar on behalf of Theseus Caperno. Theseus will pay you well to keep quiet about the matter, but you may alternatively bring the evidence to Charach harbormaster, Sharli, in order to have a case brought against him.
