Theseus Caperno is an Imperial Merchant found within the Sunset Hotel in Charach. The town's harbormaster, Sharli, suspects that he is involved in smuggling, and during Wreck of the Cassynder will ask that you search a sunken ship that carried goods for Theseus for evidence.
The harbormaster's suspicions prove correct, and Theseus turns out to be involved in the Moon Sugar trade. He will offer you a sum of gold for your silence.
