Prilius Berianus is an Imperial Trader found within the Royal Haafingar Company office in Anvil. He handles distribution and sales for the company in the city, and accordingly has plentiful Nord wares for sale - including skis, which would no doubt be of great utility in regions other than the dry and tropical Strident Coast.
Prilius is encountered during the quest Bridge Repair, as the one who is able to authorise the supply of timber to the Kingdom of Anvil in order to see a broken bridge rebuilt.
