Wabbajack is one of the Daedric Prince Sheogorath's creations, and takes the form of a highly enchantable staff, with an enchantment value of 9000. The staff otherwise has no special attributes, although the idea of adding scripted effects in future using MWSE has been mooted by Tamriel Rebuilt developers.
The Wabbajack is obtainable at the end of the Ashurbalipal Shrine Daedric Ruin under the statue of Sheogorath.
