Quick WalkthroughEdit

1. Speak to Permil Danconis in the Firewatch Guild of Fighters, about orders and Merdon Dillmoon.
2. Talk to Merdon Dillmoon in Firewatch's Dillmoon Manor.
3. Confront Mervis Ravalen and Ademnal Lleryn at the city docks and either:
   • Persuade them to honor their agreement (success requires 30+ Speechcraft).
   • Threaten 'trouble' if they do not honor their agreement (success requires a level of 4 or higher).
   • Suggest that somebody could outbid the Company.
     1. Speak to Cunus Pompus in the Great Hall of Firewatch's Ember Keep with 60+ disposition.
     2. Return to Ademnal Lleryn.
4. Return 300 gold to Merdon Dillmoon.
5. Report to Permil Danconis.

NotesEdit

• This quest is a total rework of a version present prior to Tamriel Rebuilt's Embers of Empire release, named The Running of the Bullies. However the two quests have little in common beyond shared character names.
• Your reward is lowered to 75 gold if you kill either Mervis or Ademnal, and Permil's disposition towards you will take a hit.
• If Merdon Dillmoon dies while the quest is active (for example, he may attack you for stealing from him), Permil Danconis will expel you from the Fighters Guild upon completion of the quest. He will reinstate you immediately if you ask him to make amends, but will refuse to give you any orders.

10		Permil Danconis told me that a local merchant, Merdon Dillmoon, has been cheated by his business partners and needs the Guild to resolve the situation. I am to go to him and learn what happened.
20		Merdon Dillmoon told me that two locals, Mervis Ravalen and Ademnal Lleryn, were supposed to deliver him several crates of Kwama Eggs. However, they refuse to deliver, despite having already been paid. I am to go to them and get Merdon's money, or persuade them to honor their original agreement. They are likely at the Firewatch docks.
30		I convinced Mervis Ravalen and Ademnal Lleryn to honor their agreement with Merdon Dillmoon. I should tell him the good news.
40		I fought Mervis Ravalen and Ademnal Lleryn until they yielded and gave me Merdon's money.
41		I threatened Ademnal Lleryn until he gave me Merdon Dillmoon's money.
50		I have killed one of the merchants that cheated Merdon.
60		I managed to get Ademnal Lleryn a better deal with the Zafirbel Bay Company. He thanked me, and gave me 400 gold.
70		Merdon was happy that I had gotten his money back.
71		Merdon was pleased that I had persuaded his partners to honor their agreement.
72		Merdon was happy that I had gotten his money back.
100	Finishes quest	I reported to Permil Danconis that I resolved the situation with Merdon Dillmoon.
110	Finishes quest	Permil Danconis was upset that I had killed Merdon's business partners, but still paid me.
120	Finishes quest	Permil Danconis expelled me for killing Merdon Dillmoon.

5		Ademnal Lleryn said that if someone else outbid the East Empire Company for the kwama egg partnership, he would give me Merdon Dillmoon's money.
10		Cunus Pompus said the Zafirbel Bay Company would pay 450 drakes for each shipment of Kwama Eggs.
