Permil Danconis is a Dark Elf Drillmaster and Champion in the Fighters Guild. He offers training to those of Defender rank or higher.
Permil's quests largely concern protecting the mercantile trade of the Imperial colonies of Firewatch and Nivalis - alongside the guild's own reputation. Permil, much like his boss, Galan Brandt, seeks competence in guild members, and will even hand out expulsions or demotions to you should you perform beneath his expected standards.
Indeed, despite being a member of the Fighters Guild, Permil appears to prefer pacifist routes where viable during both Breaking Some Eggs and The Potion Seller's Past, being an apparent advocate of killing only when necessary. This is perhaps also out of concern for the Guild's reputation as a reliable partner, for as Permil himself says: "We get lots of business from folk who want protection, but know they can't rely on the Dusters [the local Legion garrison]."
