Quick WalkthroughEdit

  1. Speak to Rojanna Jades in the Main Keep of Fort Ancylis about Morio Stulti.
  2. (Optional) Speak to Kathellomar for his opinion.
  3. Travel to Menaan and talk to Marcius Arius.
  4. (Optional) Interview Raynil Vando, Nadras Arvel and Novor Dals.
  5. (Optional) Search Morio's house for a ledger.
  6. (Optional) Search the home of Orzuk gro-Gum.
  7. (Optional) Speak to Darra with 70+ disposition and search the location she mentions.
  8. Choose either Rojanna or Kathellomar's Route, below.

Rojanna's RouteEdit

  1. (Optional) Arrest a suspect and bring them to Marcius Arius at the silt strider platform.
  2. Confront the killer.
  3. Report back to Fort Ancylis turn over the evidence to Rojanna Jades for an enchanted blade and Long Blade skill book.

Kathellomar's RouteEdit

  1. Do not confront the killer, and bring the evidence to Kathellomar (no reward).

NotesEdit

  • The reclusive Nadras Arvel is only talkative at a high (70+) disposition.

10 Commander Rojanna sent me to Menaan to investigate the disappearance of East Empire Company agent Morio Stulti. Stulti was investigating embezzlement by the Governor of Menaan's daughter, Raynil Vando, which lead Rojanna to believe that the Vandos are somehow responsible for his disappearance. I am to go to Menaan, discover his whereabouts, and make any needed arrests. Trooper Marcius Alius is to aid me in the investigation and will meet me at the strider there.
20 A local Hlaalu noble, Nadras Arvel, suggested that I search the home of Orzuk gro-Gum for evidence.
30 A local Hlaalu noble, Novor Dals, suggested that I search the home of Morio Stulti for evidence, and directed me to local settler Darra for further advice.
40 A local settler, Darra, suggested that I search the home of Orzuk gro-Gum, who she says dumped something large into the pond at night recently.
50 I found the body of Morio Stulti in a pond. He seemed to have been killed with an axe.
60 I found an axe in the home of Orzuk gro-Gum. It seemed to be well-used, and the dents appeared to come from striking bone.
90 I attempted to arrest Orzuk gro-Gum, but he resisted arrest. I was forced to kill him.
100 Finishes quest  Rojanna was pleased that I had arrested Orzuk gro-Gum and Raynil Vando, and gave me an enchanted longsword.
101 Finishes quest  Rojanna was pleased that I had brought Orzuk gro-Gum to justice, and gave me an enchanted longsword.
110 Finishes quest  Kathellomar stopped me as I entered Fort Ancylis, urging me to turn the evidence of Morio Stulti's killing over to him. I did so.
200 Finishes quest  Rojanna demoted me for murdering Raynil Vando.
201 Finishes quest  Rojanna expelled me for murdering Marcius Arius.

1 I met with Marcius Alius outside Menaan. He told me that I should ask the any locals around Menaan if they've seen Morio Stulti, and find evidence relating to what happened to him. He suggested I ask local nobles about it, including Raynil Vando, Nadras Arvel, and Novor Dals. He said that if I were to arrest anyone, he would escort them back to Fort Ancylis.

5 Finishes quest  I found a ledger in Morio Stulti's home belonging to Raynil Vando. It seems to demonstrate some kind of fraud on her part.
10 Raynil Vando paid me 500 gold to give her the ledger I found in Morio Stulti's house. She told me Orzuk gro-Gum was Morio's killer, and said I should be able to find the body in a pond west of Menaan and the murder weapon in his home.
12 Raynil Vando attacked me when confronted with proof of her fraud.
15 Finishes quest  I have arrested Raynil Vando. Marcius Alius should be at the silt strider ready to take her in.
20 Finishes quest  I brought Raynil Vando to Marcius Alius. He said he would escort her to Fort Ancylis.
