Maphix Ovimus is an Imperial Merchant hoping to strike it big in the egg mine business, but who isn't exactly sure how. He can be found musing over the problem in Hlan Oek's Morning Sun Cornerclub, having just had his offer on the prospective mining site Ushudartus rejected by its owner, Varinisi Onosi.
If aided in the purchase of the mine, and in all the innumerable hazards and set-backs that afflict an individual who is essentially learning the trade as they go, Maphix will start turning a profit, and be able to pay dividends to you, his helpful assistant.
