Ravur Othravel is a Dunmer novice of the Tribunal Temple in Andothren.
She arrived at Andothren's temple in the company of her master, Tevuren Galdar, but will remain behind at his request following his departure. Ravur is friendly, and will often show an interest in your comings and goings. While she will rarely speak ill of the temple master, Nalvs Andolin, it is clear that she often disagrees with his approach. This first becomes obvious during the events of Kitchen Supplies, when she is found trying to stretch the Temple's limited budget for food for the poor, objecting to the shoddy fare that Nalvs would prefer.
Ravur also inquires about, and provides commentary on, your actions during the events of Wellness Check, A Troublesome Orc and Armun Ashlands Avenger - approving of kindness towards misguided Vivec follower, Garash gro-Vivec, and towards Ashlanders and other marginalised people, whereas Nalvs does not.
She will also accompany you during the events of Andothren Charity, if you allow it, although there are hints of secrets at this point. For example, she refuses to enter Tholer Andas's estate for fear of meeting the man, and if left alone with the thuggish Mels Mathyn, will induce him through unknown means to make a donation to the Temple that he had no intention of making only moments before.
Ravur's secret enters plain sight during The Last Will and Testament of Ulmon Vathri. She is an undercover agent sent by the Order of Doctrine and Ordination, and ordered to investigate reports of unorthodoxy being preached by Nalvs Andolin. She will seek your assistance in gathering proof of his crimes, and your help during his arrest. Whether you assist her in the completion of that arrest, or whether Ravur's career ends in a lonely death in Omaynis, depends on your choices during that quest. If she survives however, she will temporarily assume the role of Master of the Andothren temple.
