Nodgar, a miner at the Salty Futtocks inn near the Old Ebonheart docks, asked me to find his missing associate Gnaeus Barossa. The last Nodgar heard from Gnaeus, he was traveling to Hlan Oek.

Fagus Dorso, a local trader from Hlan Oek, told me that he met Gnaeus Barossa a few days ago. Unfortunately, Fagus hasn't seen him since.

The denizens of the Hlan Oek Temple confirmed that Gnaeus Barossa has stayed in the Temple for the night. I was told he arrived to the Temple quite inebriated, accompanied by a Cammona Tong thug. They admitted they didn't know where Gnaeus went after he left in the morning.

I talked to Irva Famori, the Hlan Oek caravaner. The last time she saw Gnaeus Barossa was when he arrived in the town, planning to stay there for the night. Irva assumed he either took the boat out of town or is still somewhere in Hlan Oek.

Delmus Dalis, the Hlan Oek shipmaster, told me that he never saw anyone matching Gnaeus Barossa's description. According to his words, Gnaeus is either still in the town or took the silt strider to Andothren.

I found the body of someone called Gnaeus in the sewers of Hlan Oek. He had a letter addressed to a person named Nodgar in Old Ebonheart on him. According to the letter, the two were business partners who were planning to get it on the mining boom at Vvardenfell.
