Nodgar is a Nord Miner found in The Salty Futtocks inn in Old Ebonheart. He has been waiting for a friend named Gnaeus Barossa for some time now, having intended to travel with him to Vvardenfell to get into the mining boom there. Nodgar therefore will ask you to look into the cause of Gnaeus' delay - Gnaeus is the one funding the two's enterprise.
However, following the news of Gnaues' passing, Nodgar will express a desire to get into alchemy instead.
