The Akatosh Apartments is an apartment building located in the Imperial City Temple District, along the city wall just north of the gate to the Waterfront Tunnel.
It has apartments for long- or short-term rent on three floors. The lobby is dominated by a large statue of Akatosh and has several upper-class benches and tables. One apartment is located on this floor, home to Invoker Clair Velander.
The upper floor is home to three apartments - one large, one medium, and one small - though all are relatively spacious; these are occupied by Amillia of Daggerfall, Knight Commander Percy of Kynareth, and Theurgist Alanus Medici, respectively. The basement has three more apartments, all of which are rather small; Dulaus Vantain, Garty the Decaying, and Matron V'Nii live here.
