Orvil is a Breton mage who came with his master, Lys Koch, from Morrowind on Mages Guild business. He is currently staying in an apartment in the Converted Checkpoint Apartments.
Orvil gets up at 8am every morning and spends a couple hours doing work in the apartment while his master is out. At 10am, he goes out for a walk in the Waterfront Tunnel for an hour, then sits down in Sarah Beluel's tea alcove to enjoy a drink of tea while he watches the daily goings-on and recharges items for interested parties. At 5pm, he returns inside to work for another hour, then he sits down to eat dinner for two hours. After dinner, he resumes working until bedtime at midnight.
He wears a mage robe and buckled shoes, and carries a key to the apartment and a bottle of sweet brewed tea.
Orvil shares an apartment with Lys Koch. It is little more than a hotel room; it has a bed, small desk, bookcase, cupboard, and chest; he sleeps on a bedroll on the floor.
Orvil is happy to be in the Imperial City, but his master's schedule gives him little time to sight-see: "If you have any business involving the Mages Guild, you're probably best off speaking with Lys Koch himself, seeing as I'm just his tag-along apprentice." If you talk to him while he's out in the tunnel, he'll say: "If you're interested, I can recharge your magical items for a small fee! I promise I'll take good care of your equipment."
