Waylas is a Redguard commoner who will be employed by Lavasir to work in the Anvil branch of the Gold Horse Courier Service once the quest for the Gold Horse Courier Service is complete - if Lavasir survives the quest conclusion.
Waylas wakes up at 6am every morning, eats breakfast at the The Flowing Bowl, then goes to work at the office. On Sundas, he goes to the church for services from 9am to 1pm. On all days, he eats dinner at the Flowing Bowl again from 7pm to 10pm, then returns to the office to sleep.
He wears a burgundy linen shirt and pants, and thick cowhide shoes, and carries a large amount of gold.
If Waylas takes over the Anvil branch, he'll sleep in the small room upstairs, which has a single bed, clothes cupboard, chest, and a table with a jewelry chest on it.
Aside from business-related dialogue, he has nothing special to say.

- If Lavasir does not survive at the end of the quest Gold Horse Courier Service, then Cherilp Goldhorn will employ Larrius Granius to work in the Anvil branch of the Gold Horse Courier Service, and Waylas will not appear.
