Pinned to the board is a notice from Quartermaster Shugabakh: "Hzu-Hakan has been sniping our soldiers again in the sewers under the City. General Furila wants this Xivkyn taken out. A reward is offered; see me when you're done." - Shugabakh	Pinned to the board is a notice from Quartermaster Laerryll: "Hzu-Hakan has been sniping our soldiers again in the sewers under the City. General Nedras wants this Xivkyn taken out. A reward is offered; see me when you're done." - Laerryll	Pinned to the board is a notice from Quartermaster Littorn: "Hzu-Hakan has been sniping our soldiers again in the sewers under the City. General Aklash wants this Xivkyn taken out. A reward is offered; see me when you're done." - Littorn

You would be tasked with slaying Hzu-Hakan at his Training Grounds in the Irrigation Tunnels at the start of the Aldmeri Dominion section of the sewers. Once he was eliminated, you would have spoken with your Quartermaster in the Alliance Base.

"You have something to tell me?" I killed Hzu-Hakan. "That archer was a coward. When I kill, I do it in your face so you can smell my breath. Here's your reward. Don't spend it all on drink. Not that there's much of that in the city."	"So, what have you killed lately?" I killed Hzu-Hakan. "You knocked him off, eh? I hope it hurt him good this time. I'll let you know when he shows up again. Here's your reward."	"When you slosh your way through that water outside, don't think about the fact that it's just a big latrine. Makes me glad I don't have to wade through it. What's on your mind?" I killed Hzu-Hakan. "Well, that's good to hear! Lots of armor around here with holes in it from that archer's arrows. You put him out of business for a day or so. Here's your reward, soldier."
