Ogre Brutes are elite ogres encountered in the higher-up, open areas of the Maw of Lorkhaj. Diseased Ogre Brutes can be found near Baan Dar's Litter at the Anequina Aqueduct. They can also be found at the Forlorn Palisades in Apocrypha, as well as Scalecaller Peak.

Maw of LorkhajEdit
- Shredding Strike
- Can one-shot non-tanks on veteran. Deals a lot of physical damage.
Scalecaller PeakEdit
- Crushing Blow
- A heavy attack that deals major physical damage. This ability should be blocked: failure to do so will end in you taking the full force of the attack and being knocked over.
- Shredding Strike
- A light attack. Can one-shot non-tanks on veteran. Deals a lot of physical damage.
- Wretched Pollution
- The ogre's claws are enveloped in diseased mist. Whenever the ogre uses Shredding Strike, a small, projectile AoE is sent flying in front of the ogre. dealing moderate disease damage to whoever is hit.
- Frost Pillar
- The ogre's fists are encrusted in ice: it slams its claws into the ground to summon a frost pillar nearby. Standing on the area in which the pillar is summoned deals moderate frost damage, and if you're standing on the AoE when the pillar appears, you'll be knocked back.

- A basic melee attack that deals minor physical damage.
- Backhand
- A basic melee attack that deals minor physical damage.
- Shockwave
- The ogre stomps the ground in front of itself, indicated by a red cone, dealing moderate physical damage and stunning targets for 4 seconds, though Break Free can be used.
- Intimidating Roar
- The ogre yells, causing nearby targets to cower in fear for a few seconds, though Break Free can be used. Their damage is also increased temporarily afterward.
