Early in the First Era, a pious tribe of Nedes followed The Tower's guidance to an undersea anomaly, where they built a submerged sanctuary. Millennia later, the edifice and anomaly remain, providing a secure and wondrous escape from the surface world.

Seaveil Spire

Seaveil Spire is a player manor reachable by boat from Stonetooth Fortress. It is only available from the Crown Store.

The house consists of a coral atoll with ancient Nedic ruins in the center of the island's lagoon. These ruins were originally built around a strange anomaly that occurs in the lagoon: a vast dome of air beneath the water's surface, offering impressive underwater views. The interior of the ruins can be entered by swimming downwards, while a waygate present inside allows you to return to the surface. The ruin's interior connects to the underwater landscape, shielded from the water above and below by the anomaly.

The house was added in Update 33 and was available for purchase from the Crown Store on all platforms for a limited time, from 1:00 pm on April 13, 2022, until 10:00 a.m. on April 28, 2022. It was once again available from June 29 to July 13, 2023.
