Zaintiraris is an unmarked Daedric ruin dedicated to Sheogorath found in the Azura's Coast region of Vvardenfell. It is not marked on the map, but is one of the locations you need to visit for the Daedric Explorer achievement. Two notes can be found here, Scribbled Note, and Shrine Scavenging Journal.
Also at this location, a character called Hundilion can be overheard speaking, although he is already dead. Outside of the dungeon itself, Ferhara's Warclaws members patrol the ruin.
