Throughout Skyrim, shrines can be found which grant temporary boons to anyone. Some require a small donation while others provide their blessing for free.

Imperial Shrines to the DivinesEdit

Imperial Cult Altars are available at all Skyrim Imperial Cult locations. It costs 25 gold for non-members to obtain their blessing. Members of the Skyrim Imperial Cult pay a discounted fee of 10 gold for Laymen and Novices while Initiates and above aren't required to make a donation to obtain the blessings; however, because it is impossible to join the Skyrim Imperial Cult, there is no way to obtain these discounts. There are four blessings available from these shrines, these being Cure Common Disease, Cure Blight Disease, Cure Poison, and Restore Attributes, which also restores your skills as well as your attributes.
