Alius Flagius is an Imperial sailor in the Imperial Navy. He serves aboard the TEM Saber of the Straits in Firewatch.
Alius is part of a crew that occasionally intercepts smugglers and seizes their wares. He has proved willing in the past to sell the narcotics portion of the haul to those willing to bribe him. It's an opportunity that Vycius Pitio has enthusiastically accepted, sending you to complete the deal. If however, the captain of the ship, Garius Rulo, finds out, then Alius is swiftly removed from the vessel.
