Detailed WalkthroughEdit
Rogatus Cipius wants to enhance his personal finances, and by extension yours. He asks that you find samples of local products in Narsis' Grand Bazaar that can be sold back in Cyrodiil, and gives you 400 gold to achieve this with. He wants a sample of each suitable item.
The Grand Bazaar is in the Market Quarter. While many traders will recommend their local products, you're specifically instructed to look for ones that might sell well in Cyrodiil. Buyable items suggested by traders include the below, although Rogatus does not find all of them suitable. Purchase at least two suitable items to bring back to Rogatus for a 200 gold reward, and at least four suitable ones for 400 gold. Offering an unsuitable item to Rogatus actually increases the number of suitable items you need to offer him by one, meaning that it is possible to fail this quest.

- Completion of this quest and earning the 400 gold reward increases the base value of the East Empire Company stock by two points - meaning that you can make additional profits if you have bought any at the Mesa Exchange in the Market Quarter.
