Maatumassu is a conjurer's den near Savrethi Distillery.
To reach this place, travel east from Menaan to Savrethi Distillery and find Alver Farmhouse. Walking the hill path leading southwest from there will take you past the cavern entrance, on your right. The interior of the cave is populated by Daedra and the Sorcerer who presumably summoned them, Imkrand. Beyond Imkrand's Dwarven Longsword however, there is nothing to take in this cavern.
Maatumassu is however home to a spectral hunter of the Adairenat tribe, Kasharapli Shamidas, as becomes clear during Obainat Nerevarine.
