Shularon is the home of a Telvanni wizard and a thorn in the side of the Firewatch Mages Guild.
It is located in the hills behind the source of the River Garivun, the watercourse that runs by the Imperial colony of Helnim. Daedra summoned by the occupant, Talver Dolmyn, guard the interior. Notable loot includes the Mandaran Propylon Index, atop a copy of Liminal Bridges, and two scrolls essential to the completion of the Mages Guild quest, Counterintelligence. Of these, Notes on the Court of Razors is found on a table beneath the tower's dome, and Report to Talver Dolmyn on the body of Talver himself.
