Barilzar's Mazed BandEdit
Barilzar's Mazed Band was an artifact of immense power created by the former Clockwork Apostle, Barilzar, in the middle of the Second Era. It was capable of teleporting multiple people at once across dimensions. The ring's powers far exceeded Barilzar's intentions, as it was able to open rifts in time and space, and could even open the gates of Oblivion, releasing nightmarish creatures upon the land. The ring was cursed and stripped of its power, so that only a god could use it without being destroyed. This curse is thought to have resulted in the death of Barilzar, although the mage lived on as an undead lich, and was sealed within an abandoned crypt in Old Mournhold along with the ring.
Bilious CenserEdit
The Bilious Censer is a curio associated with Peryite, found in the form of a thurible. Judging by its name, it appears to be capable of inducing nausea.
Circa 2E 582, it was last known to be in the possession of Gazmod the Collector, a watcher residing in Fargrave, alongside the Toxicruciform and Golden Scab. Eorda, a worshipper of Peryite, believed that she could gain Peryite's favor by somehow recovering these artifacts for her lord.
BiPolar BladeEdit
The BiPolar Blade is a strange artifact of some renown. According to legend, a nobleman sank his fortune into creating a longsword of supreme power. Two smiths on opposite ends of Tamriel created each half of the blade, unaware of the other, with the hope that no one man, save the owner of the blade, would know its true power. Unfortunately, the smiths were not given enough instruction, and created halves with enchantments that completely negated each other. One half of the blade is golden, and the other half is made of a brown metal. The sword is enchanted with the ability to both magically calm and frenzy a humanoid. These conflicting enchantments make the blade practically useless, although the calming effect is dominant.
BittercupEdit
The Bittercup (or Bitter Cup) is an artifact sacred to Clavicus Vile, the Daedric Prince of Bargains. It is prized by the Daedra Lord's followers. Only the strongest of the Emperor's servants are advised to make covenant with Prince Clavicus, and even then are warned against sipping from the Bittercup.
Black BooksEdit
Black Books are Daedric artifacts created by Hermaeus Mora, the Daedric Prince of Fate and Knowledge. Each book contains some manner of forbidden knowledge. Neloth claims that no one actually knows where they came from, though the materials for their creation are prepared within a bindery in Apocrypha known as Quires Wind, before being presented to the prince to pen and complete. Some books are from the ancient past; some are from the future, as time appears to be more malleable for the Daedric Prince of fate and destiny. The thick tomes are bound in black covers, with a symbol representing Mora on the front, and emit a black mist. The books are written with Seeker ink that takes ten years to brew, on paper pressed from trees that have never seen the sun. The covers are derived from Lurker leather, and the threads used to bind the tomes together come from silk originating from the Spiral Skein. All Black Books were regarded as Tracts Perilous due to the hazards they could impose on their readers.
A number of Black Books were spread across Tamriel by Mora, and are usually located in the depths of ancient dungeons. The exact number of Black Books is unknown to everyone except for the Daedric Prince of Knowledge himself. Within every Black Book lies a forbidden secret, serving as a tantalizing temptation or reward for mortals whom Hermaeus Mora, the Great Eye, favors.
Black Books are not to be confused with the tomes of arcanists, though Hermaeus Mora himself compared their two powers, with both being knowledge he supposedly allows into Nirn. They can be compared to the Oghma Infinium, another tome of knowledge created by Mora.
Black books serve as the doorways to the Mora's realm. Through reading a Black Book, the reader will enter Apocrypha, the realm of Oblivion created and ruled over by Hermaeus Mora. Tentacles will emerge from the tome and envelop the reader. An apparition of the reader's body remains in Mundus, tethering their life force. Most mortals who read a Black Book are driven insane, but those who successfully journey through Apocrypha are known to discover powerful knowledge. Dying in Apocrypha while reading a Black Book may simply banish the reader back to Tamriel. Rereading a book will return the reader to the same area of Apocrypha, allowing them to attempt Mora's gauntlets again or harness the power of a different piece of knowledge. Copies of the contents of Black Books can be made without entering Apocrypha.
Blackwater BladeEdit
The Blackwater Blade is an ornate Cyrodilic steel longsword associated with the Blackwater Brigand pirates from Bravil. It bears an enchantment which drains the stamina of those it strikes, transferring it to the wielder.
Blade of WoeEdit
The Blade of Woe, also known as the Night Mother's Kiss, is a ritualistic dagger associated with Sithis and the Dark Brotherhood. It is said that anyone slain with the dagger has their soul sent straight to the Void. It is named after the dagger the Night Mother used to slay her own children. It takes the form of an Ebony or Daedric dagger which can, at its most lethal, instantly kill a target that is unaware of its user, shroud the wielder from view when going for the killing blow, as well as temporarily increasing its wielder's movement speed to make an escape after killing with the blade. It is also known to damage or drain health, deplete magicka and willpower, and demoralize anyone struck by it. The blood spilled by the blade may become tainted.
Bloodskal BladeEdit
The Bloodskal Blade (also known simply as Bloodskal) is an ancient Nordic artifact. In appearance it is an enchanted silver sword, either a long blade or a greatsword, sometimes decorated with red markings. It has the power to either cause magical frost damage to those that it strikes, or release a ribbon of mystical energy, a red energy blast which can hit an out-of-reach target.
The blade was created by the Bloodskal clan, a clan of Nords on Solstheim. It came to rest in Bloodskal Barrow, guarded by draugr. The energy blasts released by the blade were necessary to open a strange door within the ruins.
BloodthirstEdit
Bloodthirst is an Akaviri "blood drinker" longsword, the other known example being the transforming blade, Dawnfang and Duskfang. Another enchanted longsword, Rimelink, is crafted in the same style as these weapons.
Like Dawn/Duskfang, its crossguard and pommel are adorned with elegant jewels, its pronged blade resembles the gaping maw of a beast, and it has a snakeskin pattern that envelops the areas around the crossguard, handle, and pommel. It differs from both in that its jewel is infused with swirling red blood. Its sinister appearance is known to make people feel uneasy. It earns its name thanks to its unquenchable thirst for blood, and it fortifies its wielder and increases their swing speed.
BloodthornEdit
The Bloodthorn, also known as the Bloodthorn Dagger is an impressive steel dagger of unknown origins, associated with various Reachfolk factions. The weapon is imbued with an enchantment that drains vitality from those struck by it as well as traps the souls of those killed by it.
Bloodworm HelmEdit
The Bloodworm Helm is the necromantic crown of the famed lich Mannimarco, who magically constructed it out of trollbone. Although beautiful to behold, many find the artifact repulsive due to its morbid nature. The helm grants the wearer greater skill at Conjuration, as well as the ability to turn the undead, drain the essence of enemies, and summon a skeletal minion. If the wearer is undead, their attacks are also made more powerful.
Mannimarco left the helm behind when he ascended to godhood during the Warp in the West.
BoneshaverEdit
Boneshaver is a legendary saber named after the warrior god of the Yokudan Ra Gada, Onsi the Boneshaver. Onsi himself is rumored to have gifted the saber to the Ra'gada. Its blade is noted as being sharp enough to be able to cut through any foe.
The saber's physical features are ornate with dragon imagery. Its pommel is shaped like a dragon's head, and has areas on the saber's hilt that resembles scales. The blade itself features a pattern akin to that of flowing water.
Book of LifeEdit
The Book of Life was a census record kept by the Nords in the early First Era. Mentioned in A History of Daggerfall, it is noted as "one of the first civilized acts the Nords performed". It is believed to be the first census kept by humans on Tamriel. The book was used to keep track of the population of newly conquered High Rock, including Daggerfall, which was founded by the Nords as a fort-town to support their raids.

They are now considered relics of Tiber Septim and are legendary treasures of Cyrodiil.
