TalyynEdit

Talyyn (talk+ contribs edit count logs email)

I know we usually ask editors to become userpatroller before they are nominated for patrollership, but I think this is a special case. Talyyn is a rather new editor who is mostly active in ESOspace. However, during her time on the wiki, she easily surpassed all the requirements for patrollership. She is an excellent editor with very few mistakes and easily adapts if mistakes or new guidelines are explained to her. She is knowledgeable about ESO, asks good questions that help to clear up ambiguities, uploads files with the appropriate names and categories, and is overall just a quick learner. I think she would be an excellent addition to our team, especially because we are in dire need for more ESO patrollers.

As nominee, I was asked to comment here to say I accept the nomination. I'm also a chick for accuracy's sake. --Talyyn --Talyyn (talk) 13:33, 27 October 2018 (UTC)
  • Support: As nominator. --Ilaro (talk) 13:25, 27 October 2018 (UTC)
  • Support: 100% agreed on the condition that she accepts. The amount of work she does is extremely beneficial to the wiki and she does it all with very few mistakes. —Dillonn241 (talk) 13:30, 27 October 2018 (UTC)
  • Support: Talyyn has added a great deal of needed ESO info in a relatively short amount of time, makes good edits and as stated above we need more patrollers familiar with ESO. Echo (talk) 20:24, 27 October 2018 (UTC)
  • Support: Talyyn's work has been generally high quality and I have no problems with this nomination. More editors working on the Online namespace is always nice. Contraptions (talk) 23:12, 27 October 2018 (UTC)
  • Support: What I have seen of Talyyn's work is invariately of high quality. — J. J. Fullerton talk﴿ 05:35, 28 October 2018 (UTC)
  • Support: Talyyn has contributed with very much needed ESO edits, both in old and new content. She also always listens and adapts, asks questions...well, I almost feel a little guilty if I correct some small mistake here and there. It's safe to say that we really value your work and are glad to see you editing here. Tib (talk) 10:22, 28 October 2018 (UTC)

The Rim of the SkyEdit

The Rim of the Sky (talk+ contribs edit count logs email)

Hello there, I'm Rim. I've been editing the wiki for a while now, with most of my edits being content edits in the ESO namespace. I help where I can, usually adding dialogue, images (which you can see here), and other useful info that I feel makes me fairly knowledgeable on what methods and formats to use when editing. My experience includes working on wikis for around 7 years now, having been a user patroller on UESP for about 2 months, and being a patroller on TES Wiki for over 3 years, though I don't edit there very often nowadays due to disagreements with Wikia itself. Along with being involved in the Discord and other TES communities, I'd be happy to lend a hand in monitoring edits and patrolling the wiki. The Rim of the Sky (talk) 01:15, 12 May 2018 (UTC)

  • Support: It has been a real boon for the UESP to have an experienced editor/TES guru like Rim make contributions here. His superb work on wikia speaks for itself, and the quality of his edits on UESP are no different in that regard. He clearly knows what he's doing and I have no issue recommending him for patrollership. —Legoless (talk) 13:26, 12 May 2018 (UTC)
  • Support: Now stop replacing my images. Just kidding, I hope you keep adding high quality stuff, and not hesitate to ask if there's anything. You are active on Discord, participating in many wiki discussions which is very positive. Keep up the good work! Tib (talk) 13:39, 12 May 2018 (UTC)
  • Support: It's a pleasure to see Rim making substantial edits in the Onlinespace (where they are very much needed). His meticulous process when it comes to images shows his real care for quality, which would undoubtedly be a valuable skill for a Patroller. I'm glad to see that there's a nomination up for Rim, he has my support! KriHavok (talk) 14:37, 12 May 2018 (UTC)
  • Support: I agree with what the others have already said. Rim has been expanding ESO content for months and this is perhaps the most important work needed on the wiki nowadays. He makes very few mistakes too (I can't even think of any). —Dillonn241 (talk) 02:37, 22 May 2018 (UTC)
