The Catapult Cabbage is a hostile plant introduced with Murkmire. Stepping in front of one causes it to launch you several meters backwards. You'll land flat on your back and take a second to get back up. You can incapacitate them for a minute by sneaking up to them and interacting with them while undetected.
Catapult Cabbages appear in several locations, including the swamps of Blackwood, the Ixtaxh Xanmeer, Blackreach: Arkthzand Cavern, and Bthar-Zel. They also flourish in the Dawnwood of the West Weald.
