Laurina Maria is an Imperial priestess who can be found at the Royal Palace Imperial Cult Services Room. Strangely, she is not a member of the Imperial Cult.
Laurina is one of three Spell Merchants in the Tribunal expansion offering the Fortify Skill effect. (The others are Crito Olcinius who has some exclusives, and Nerile Andaren, both also in Mournhold. A fourth, Bronrod the Roarer of Skaal Village, Solstheim, is added in the Bloodmoon expansion.)
