Daggerbacks are a species of boar. As the name would imply, they have quills along their backs. The ones in Craglorn have purple quills due to magic pollution.

- The Daggerbacks in Wrothgar will run away if you try to approach them.
- There are two Daggerback pets: the Purple Daggerback and the Flameback Boar. Purple Daggerbacks, as stated above, can be seen in-game within eastern Lower Craglorn, in areas ravaged by magical pollution.
- According to Anequina Animal Identification and Tasting, Daggerback meat is good in a stew.
