The Windhelm Scale Tunic Style is an outfit style resembling the armor worn by guards in Windhelm in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. It cannot be crafted, and is only available as part of the Outfit System. Pieces are awarded for completing the quest The Coven Conundrum. There are three pieces: a belt, shoulders, and a tunic.
