This page is being used to list official Elder Scrolls media, sorted by in-universe chronological order. Because of the extensive amount of material set in the Elder Scrolls universe, this list is separated into sections by each respective era and overarching plot.
This list excludes (unless stated why otherwise):
- Patches, expansions, add-ons, DLC, microtransactions, subscriptions, and time-limited events that introduce content to the base game as complementary gameplay and quests, including but not limited to:
- Morrowind's plugins, Oblivion's downloads, Skyrim's Hearthfire and Creations
- ESO's Homestead, prologues, Crown Store, and events
- Legends daily quests, Blades store, celebrations and events, Castles store, events
- Skyrim: TAG's Legendary Expansion and From the Ashes
- Travels: Oblivion, Skyrim - Pinball, and Legends Asia as they are superseded by their respective original games, Skyrim - Very Special Edition for obvious reasons
- Media that takes place at a dubious point in the timeline or its respective game's setting (Smolder Scrolls Online, Call to Arms, Castles, etc.)
- Loose merchandise (eg: ESO influencer gifts, Skyrim tarot, the Whiterun Honorary Citizen Chest, etc.)
- Media that doesn't follow an in-universe narrative (most game manuals, art books, and strategy guides, The Skyrim Library, Tales of Tamriel, Lords of the Daedra, etc.)
- Most trailers as they contradict in-game events
- Supplementary material such as interviews and developer posts
- Lost (ie: the Daggerfall CES cinematic) or cancelled media
- Media that has yet to be fully catalogued on this wiki (Betrayal of the Second Era)
